Mary Van Note, Drew Harmon and Joe-Joe Louis will be joining us this week. Tickets are $10 and can be reserved in advance by calling Lost Weekend Video at (415) 643-3373. The show will begin at 8pm.

Mary Van Note


Mary Van Note is a comedian of the weird variety. She is the creator and star of the award-winning Independent Film Channel web series The Mary Van Note Show: Gavin Really Wants Me. She is a SF Weekly Masterminds grant recipient, a seven-time SF Sketchfest performer, and an Andy Kaufman Award Semi-Finalist. The San Francisco Bay Guardian called her a “Zine-Queen Comedian” as she regularly makes zines, crafts and mini-comics. Her specialties are stick-figures and cross-stitch. She also posts regularly on her personal style and comics blog at

Drew Harmon


Drew Harmon is a comedian, writer, podcaster and former TV and radio weather and traffic reporter. Drew began performing standup in Michigan, where he grew up in a log cabin. Now he does standup from San Francisco, where he lives in an overpriced concrete box with easy access to burritos. Drew has performed around the country at clubs, bars, casinos, banquet halls and in between karaoke shows for more than eight years. He is also the creator and writer of the popular San Francisco Burger Blog and cohost of the podcast Chucklepedia.



Joe-Joe Louis


Joe-Joe Louis is a stand-up comedian from Sacramento, California. He has appeared on Johnny Taylor’s “Comedy Kill,” Keith Lowell Jensen’s “Comedy Night at Luna’s”, and the Sacramento Comedy Spot’s “The Fresh Five”. He’s also, allegedly getting a PhD. in English, but it’s anyone’s guess as to when.
