Lydia Popovich, Joe Lycett, Brock Wilbur, John Ross & Michael Cella will be joining us this week. Tickets are $10 and can be reserved in advance by calling Lost Weekend Video at (415) 643-3373. The show will begin at 8pm.

Lydia Popovich


Lydia Popovich is a SF-based comedian. Her anecdotal humor and vivid storytelling make her a unique voice in a sea of dick jokes.

She produces and hosts an all female stand-up showcase in the Bay Area called Ladies Love that takes place the second Tuesday of each month at The Layover in Oakland.

She’s a regular at Rooster T. Feathers, Punch Line SF, Punch Line Sacramento and Cobb’s Comedy Club.

She has been featured in the following festivals: SF Sketchfest 2013 & 2014, Women In Comedy Festival 2013, Cape Fear Comedy Festival 2014. She recently performed 4 minutes of stand-up on Creepy KOFY Movie Time and taught Derek Waters how to take a Jell-O shot on Comedy Central’s Drunk History.

She’s opened for certified headliners Rob Delaney,  Jimmy Pardo, Aisha Tyler, Michael Kosta, Jasper Redd, John Wing, Moshe Kasher, Michael Yo, Jackie Kashian, Marga Gomez, Ngaio Bealum and John Roy. 


Joe Lycett


Having added a Foster’s Edinburgh Comedy Award Best Newcomer nomination at the 2012 Edinburgh Fringe to his Best Newcomer award at the 2010 Chortle Awards, it’s no secret that Joe is a hugely talented up-and-coming comedian with an unaffected, relaxed and effortless stage presence. An appealing, engaging and natural performer, Joe has progressed rapidly since his first gig at the Comedy Store in Manchester in February 2008.

Joe’s recent television appearances include ITV2’s Celebrity Juice, BBC3’s Sweat the Small Stuff, Never Mind the Buzzcocks on BBC2 and C4’s 8 Out of 10 Cats. 


Brock Wilbur


Brock Wilbur is a 6’7″ twenty-something white male from Los Angeles trying his best not to be part of the problem. He was raised in Kansas and drank himself to death in Chicago indie bands, so the odds aren’t in his favor.

Wilbur has appeared on Comedy Central, NPR, NBC, Adult Swim, BitesizeTV, Huffington Post, Hopeless Records, Lost Moon Radio, various national commercials, and a guest arc as the antagonist in the award winning Top Cow Comics series “A Voice In The Dark.” In the Los Angeles area he produces bad-ass shows, the weekly brock party podcast, Laughing At Archaeologists: A Doctor Who Podcast, the Ready! SET Art!!! web-series, and previously ran comedy for the prestigious Hollywood Fringe Festival.


John Ross


With spellbinding charm and a ferocious canter,comedian John Ross has mesmerized audiences all over
the West Coast, with his dark, innocent, and sometimes musical comedic recitals.

John lives in Sacramento, CA
with his wife and 3 children. He also plays the Suzuki Omni-chord, and loves you.


Michael Cella


Michael Cella has a playful outlook on life and uses it to make silly points about complicated subjects, poking fun at serious issues without ever making a point. He’ll leave you feeling like you thought real thoughts about real things, but all you did was laugh. Michael as opened for Guy Branum, Dan Gabriel, and David Huntsberger, and those guys have been on TV.
