Jesse Fernandez, Josh Argyle, Kaseem Bentley, Kyle Mizono and Sam Tallent will be joining us this week. Tickets are $10 and can be reserved in advance by calling Lost Weekend Video at (415) 643-3373. The show will begin at 8pm.

Jesse Fernandez

He rearranges half thoughts and feelings like a 4-dimensional jigsaw puzzle and puts the visual representations into his PowerPoint presentations. Then his boss scolds him for slacking off, and Jesse gets back to work as head writer of



Josh Argyle

1614393_620848267995810_243288681_oJosh Argyle is a writer & stand-up comedian living & performing regularly throughout the San Francisco bay area. Before making the jump to stand-up in 2010, Josh was an improv comic for five years, playing characters ranging from an angry, sweaty, overbearing father to an angry, sweaty, overbearing Scottish man (and everything in between).

Josh is the San Francisco Bureau Chief of the west coast humor magazine, Savage Henry Independent Times, regularly contributing as a writer & as co-producer of the S.H.I.Ts & Giggles Comedy Festival (Arcata California).

In 2013 Josh was a participant in the Sacramento comedy festival as well as the Ventura comedy festival.  He also co-produces “It’s Just 2 Minutes”, a monthly stand-up improv show on Haight St.


Kaseem Bentley

Kaseem-BentleyNamed SF Weekly Best of Award Winner for “Racial Humor You Don’t Feel Guilty Laughing At” and one of the Bay Area’s “Top 5 Comedians to Watch” by the San Jose Mercury News and Kaseem Bentley is an African American insult comic from San Francisco. Growing up with his ‘hardcore class clown’ father and mom that was like a tough Claire Huxtable Kaseem developed his no-holds-barred comedic style that made friends and co-workers always laugh. After years of procrastinating he finally tried stand up in 2006 and has been steadily making a name for himself in the Bay Area. Known as the “The funniest comic at the worst show” he works at works at the SF Punchline, Cobb’s,countless bars, and b rooms and just recently performed at the San Francisco Comedy and Burrito Festival.


Kyle Mizono

1396782_767073813308242_49256455_oOriginally from San Francisco, Kyle Mizono is a comedian and one of the last international Beanie Baby collectors. Along with being a regular performer in San Francisco and Los Angeles, her festival performances include SXSW, Edinburgh Fringe and Portland’s All Jane No Dick festival. Later this year you can catch her playing a mom in a sketch with Shaq for TruTV’s Upload with Shaquille O’Neal. Currently, Kyle is the Junior Producer of The Super Serious Show. Her comedy was once described as a “breath of fresh air” but she prefers to be described as a “tall glass of water.”


Sam Tallent

The Denver Post called Sam the surreal voice of an absurd generation and the Denver Westword said that he had the best comedy moment in Denver in all of 2012 . An alt-comic road dog in the vein of Kinane and Stanhope SF s , Tallent has performed all over at places like the SF Punchline, the Creek and the Cave NYC, the Laughing Devil, the San Francisco Comedy and Burrito Festival and the New York Television Festival, as well as clubs and colleges across the Mid- and Southwest.
