Kevin Munroe is a Comedian and Actor based in San Francisco. He began performing standup comedy after surviving a graduate degree in Computer Science, because while standup has the same gender imbalance as engineering, at least there’s beer. Kevin was 1st Runner Up in Rooster T. Feathers’ 2008 and 2009 Comedy Competitions, won the 2010 Walk The Plank Comedy Competition and San Jose Improv’s 2012 Beat The Heat Comedy Competition. He is a regular at all the major San Francisco Bay Area clubs, and has opened/featured for top talent including Tracy Morgan, Chris Franjola, Paul Mooney, Eddie Pepitone, John Witherspoon, and W.Kamau Bell.
Ronn Vigh’s brash attitude and acerbic wit have earned him a comparison to a young Joan Rivers by SF Weekly. Which is a fitting comparison, since he later became a writer for E! Television’s “Fashion Police” co-hosted by Joan Rivers.
He was featured on NBC’s Last Comic Standing II and in 2005 started comedy night at Harvey’s and currently produces the successful “Harvey’s Funny Tuesdays” weekly comedy show in the Castro District of San Francisco. Ronn recently headlined Reno Pride and has also been featured at the10th Annual Michigan ComedyFest, Rooftop Comedy’s Out Loud Festival, Las Vegas Out Q Festival, Lake Tahoe Gay & Lesbian WinterFest, San Francisco Comedy & Burrito Festival, Palm Springs Pride and the list goes on and on and on—much like when Ronn speaks. He is also a favorite at comedy clubs, including SF Punchline, Cobb’s, San Jose Improv, Rooster T. Feathers and has recently opened for notable acts such as James Adomian, Wendy Liebman, Loni Love, Scott Thompson of Kids In The Hall and many more.
He appeared in the Off-Broadway smash hit 10 Naked Men, was a science geek In a MagRack ad that appeared all over NYC subways (You haven’t made it until you see your picture on a train with a magic marker drawn cock and balls over your face) and co-hosted the first live broadcast of the San Francisco GLBT Pride Parade for ClearChannel networks in 2008.
Named one of the Bay Area’s “Top 5 Comedians to Watch” by the San Jose Mercury News & Winner of 2012 SF Weekly’s “Best Racial Humor You Don’t Feel Guilty Laughing At”, Kaseem Bentley is a African American comic from San Francisco who brings style and class to stand-up comedy with his unique and razor sharp observations.
Josh Argyle is a Humboldt native and a personal favorite of ours at the Mission Position. We couldn’t find a bio on the internet but I can say that he is one of the funniest comics in the bay are and an amazing human being. He is cuddly and adorable.
